You understand and agree that MBX Clearing, LLC and its authorized business partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents (collectively, “SI”, “us” or “we”) may collect, maintain, and process information provided by you, on and through the Site such as your name and email address (“User Submitted Information”).
